What the hell?

They've been shredding documents and will go back to shredding once the complaint is done?

I was listening to it again last night, was tioo tired to post, but I remember the part about Charlotte having to send a copy of all her communications with Karen to Deb.

It's looking an awful lot like Charlotte is 10 years old and got grounded.

This is the point when "normally" board members resign and I'm so glad that Charlotte is toughing it out. 

BUT, I think she needs to make the complaint PUBLIC so that EVERYBODY knows what's going on.   If she plays along to their idiotic rules, it might well be the end of the district.

It's election time and the voters SHOULD know what's going on.

What exactly is the chief alleging?

Did she call the chief nasty names?

Did she make unwanted sexual advances?

What is chief DeMaio complaining about?

If Charlotte stays silent, she lost and the district lost.

I hope Charlotte will do exactly what I did:

Having attended almost all board meetings, I know that Charlotte requested on NUMEROUS occasions that the chief provide more info and I just don't think that she'd trump the chief or otherwise engage in conduct that would warrant an EEOC complaint.

An EEOC and an ADA complaint were filed against LMRFD.
 
Obviously, the incompetent administrative assistant Karen Jackson filed the ADA complaint.
 
Who filed the EEOC complaint?
 
Charlotte Kiffer is no longer allowed to communicate with the chief, so I'm going with chief Tony DeMaio.
 
We will NEVER know how many people have died and how many will die because of chief DeMaio's and his administrative assistant Karen Jackson's incompetence.
 
Not only are they NOT doing their jobs, but now LMRFD will be paying $200/hr to some lawyer to "interview" everybody and attorney Bill Whittington is probably looking to buy a new boat or something -- LMRFD is his cash cow.
 
Director Charlotte Kiffer doesn't get paid a dime and she has worked so incredibly hard, but the chief and his incompetent administrative assistant who NEVER shows up for work, while pursuing her 4th degree, are running the fire district into the ground.
 
They sued me and they lost in court.
 
Now they're doing all they can to bankrupt the fire district.
 
If I had MY way, they'd both rot in jail!

When scheduling this meeting, temporary board member Theodora Koeppen advised that she could not make it on the 10th.
 
Of course they then scheduled the meeting for the 10th.
 
And Karen Jackson had emailed to Theodora that it was only an informational meeting, implying that nothing would be voted on. Of course that was a blatant lie, again trying to ensure that Theodora would not attend.
 
So Theodora had to attend by phone and of course had trouble understanding what was going on, with attorney Bill Whittington also attending by phone. The audio is for the only 15 minute public meeting, the executive meeting was several hours.
