I previously sued Frontier for billing fraud
We settled at the mediation hearing. They claimed the fraudulent charges were due to a software problem. Frontier overcharged me for several years. Did they refund the fraudulent charges to all the other defrauded consumers?
I already established that Frontier systematically OVERCHARGED. I signed a contract to get a discount for a year or two, but the discounts magically disappeared after a few months.
I remember these so frustrating calls to Frontier billing.
Are there thousands or millions of Frontier customers who got defrauded?
Did Frontier issue refunds after they found out about the software problem?
Well, I can answer my own question. They actually owed me more than what we settled for. I never got one penny credit.
Even though they KNEW about the software problem, they did NOTHING to make things right.
I can't help but think that it wasn't a software problem at all, but that they DESIGNED the software to defraud their customers.
