        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I already established that Frontier systematically OVERCHARGED.   I signed a contract to get a discount for a year or two, but the discounts magically disappeared after a few months.</p>
<p>I remember these so frustrating calls to Frontier billing. </p>
<p>Are there thousands or millions of Frontier customers who got defrauded? </p>
<p>Did Frontier issue refunds after they found out about the software problem?</p>
<p>Well, I can answer my own question.  They actually owed me more than what we settled for.  I never got one penny credit.</p>
<p>Even though they KNEW about the software problem, they did NOTHING to make things right.</p>
<p><strong>I can't help but think that it wasn't a software problem at all, but that they DESIGNED the software to defraud their customers.<br />
