I thought we didn't have any emergency services in Mohave County, but have to check this out:
 
"...his name is Mike Browning, Emergency Management for Mohave County."
 
I wonder what they consider an emergency, a 9 earthquake?   They wouldn't even make the roads passable after last year's two monster storms.
